Womb healing এর কিছু কিছু healing , meditation, ritual প্রতিদিনকার জীবনের সাথে যুক্ত করার পর থেকে সব কিছুতেই সবসময় যেমন একটা happiness feel হয়, ঠিক তেমনি menstruation process টাও এত সুন্দর করে হয় যে অন্যান্য দিনের মতোই একদম স্বাভাবিক মনে হয়। ওই দিনগুলোতে যে যে সমস্যা গুলো আগে হতো এখন একদমই হয় না। আমার date এর মধ্যে অনেক gapping থাকত, সেই প্রসেসটি অনেক দিন ধরে চলত , খুব পেট ব্যথা হতো। এখন এগুলোর কিচ্ছু হয় না, আর পেট ব্যথা হয় না বললেই চলে।

Explore Your Divine Femininity কোর্সে যুক্ত হওয়ার পর আমি প্রথম যেদিন হারা হিলিং করলাম সেই মুহূর্তে বুঝতে পারলাম, আমার শরীর থেকে কিছু একটা বের হল এবং অনেকদিন ধরে জমে থাকা অনেক ইমোশন যা আমাকে বেদনা দিত সেই সব থেকে যেন মুক্তি ঘটল এবং শরীর ও মন হালকা হয়ে গেল।  আমি রাতে মাঝেমাঝেই ঘুম থেকে উঠে পড়তাম, অস্থির লাগত, মনটা খুব ছটফট করত কিন্তু প্রথম দিন হারা হিলিং-এর পর আমার মনটা শান্ত হয়ে গেল এখন আমি খুব সুন্দর ভাবে ঘুমোতে পারছি।  আমার সারা শরীরে অনেকদিন ধরে কিছু স্পট পড়েছিল সেগুলো ধীরে ধীরে সেড়ে উঠেছে এই হারা হিলিং-এর পর।  আমি আমার Career এবং Relationship নিয়ে খুব দু:শ্চিন্তাগ্রস্ত ছিলাম এবং যে সমস্ত Fear ও Blockege গুলো ছিল সেগুলো থেকে বেরিয়ে আসতে পেরেছি আর অনেক Confidence পাচ্ছি যা আমার কর্মজীবনকে অসাধারণ করে তুলেছে।  সর্বোপরি, আমি এটাই বলতে চাই আমাদের সমস্ত Blockage ও সমস্ত Fear সমস্ত কিছুকে কাটিয়ে ওঠে একটি অসাধারণ জীবন পাওয়ার জন্য প্রত্যেকটি ছেলেদের হারা হিলিং -এর প্রয়োজন।
